27 weeks… give or take

I’ve figured out that that is how long it’ll be until I can begin running again/ training for my first half marathon.


I can’t run right now. I can only walk fast.

Thus the lack of updates to my blog (which is a running blog, not a pregnancy blog).

This pity post brought to you by the fact that I spent a lot of time reading various race and training reports this weekend.


  1. 27 weeks is the blink of an eye! it'll be over before you know it...

  2. stay active! the walking now will help when you are able to return to running in a few weeks/months. enjoy walking in (hopefully) gorgeous spring weather! you'll be back at it soon enough.
