All food was consumed on Tuesday!
Breakfast: Cheerios and half a banana with milk
Once at my desk: Coffee and water
Snack before my run: Granola bar and yogurt
Lunch after my run: Homemade sweet potato soup, hard boiled egg, half a bread stick and chocolate milk
Afternoon snack: 3 squares of Lindt dark chili chocolate. Trust me and try it!
Dinner: Mum's homemade beef and rice cabbage rolls with potatoes and carrots. I forgot to take a photo, but the meal was awesome!

Yum - I tried the Lindt chili & chocolate bar a couple months ago and loved it. It is a perfect pairing :)

ReplyDeleteMmmm your breakfast makes me miss bananas!!! So good sliced up in cereal. Can't eat them anymore snce they randomly started wreaking havoc on my stomach. Boo!
