Well, I’m back on track. Of course I am its Monday. I always do well at the beginning of the week because I get so mad at myself for the weekend. Oh well. Slow and steady is what is going to happen here. It is not like I’m going to lose 20lbs in four weeks. That’d be awesome though!

L: Salad with balsamic dressing, 3 ryvita’s with cream cheese
D: Tilapia, rice and corn
At least 2L of H2O
Ex: 20 minutes walking on inclined treadmill.
