Friday night: Pizza. Bad, I know 2.5 slices. Not too bad
Saturday:
B: 1.5 toast + PB
L: 2 slices pizza
D: Left over lasagna
S: Chips and licorice. And a beer A write off!
Sunday:
B: 1/2 grapefruit and 1 toast +PB (natural stuff)
L: Bacon and cheese sandwich. GAH!
S: An apple
D: Salmon, rice, asparagus
EX: walked around a farm with kids for 2 hours. Spent two hours standing to make healthy soup. Not bad, especially with a cold.
