Not a bad day, but it ended worst than it should have:
B: 1/2 grapefruit, oatmeal
L: Mushroom soup from Eat, Shrink and Be Merry. Very yummy.
S: Pear
D: One chicken wing, stick of celery, individual spicy perogy pizza from Boston Pizza, 980 cal, 45 grams of fat. BLAH. 1/2 pint of sprite.
EX: 30 minute walk/run on the treadmill
I drank 2L of water as well.
I KNEW I'd be bad at BP, but I didn't HAVE to. I could have decided on a salad or made my own pizza with more veg and less uh, potatoes. Choices, choices, choices... only I can make them.
