So, I weigh 156.6 lbs at five feet tall and have decided to do something about it.

Friday, October 3rd, 2008:
B: Honey Bunches of Oats with milk (will buy better cereal this weekend)
S: Coffee, apple
W/O: Curves - 1 learning circut, 1 real circut
L: Left over lasagna - homemade with loads of veggies, water.
Proud moment: Turned down chocolate Bday cake from our VP as it was his Bday.
This is the start, let's see where it goes!
