I had a bad chocolaty day, but I persevered and made it to the treadmill!

S: M&M’s – too many
L: Mixed green salad and Salami
D: Turkey Soup (homemade) and grilled cheese
Ex: 40 mins on the treadmill for 4.86 KM! WOOT! I SO did NOT want to do that!
S: 2x Lindor Lindt, handful of wheat thins
H20: Over 2L
My goodness the treadmill felt S L O W last night at 4.9! I ran two 2 minute 5.5 pace sprints at the beginning and end of the work out which was nice. I’m going to have to invest in some proper shoes though as my feet are starting to hurt/get blisters.
